The Antarctic Centre and Penguins
I went to
the International Antarctic Centre. When I got there I went to an area named
Scott Base. You could see what it was like living in Antarctica. Bubbles would
fall from the ceiling to represent snow. Then I went on the Hagglund Ride that
turned out to be a ride with huge hills that you went up slowly and extremely
fast down. A Hagglund Snowcat is a machine that moves you around Antarctica. Then
I went to an area that had many activities like a room with toys and penguin stuffed
animals. Then I went to a 4D theater that sprayed you with water and bubbles to
represent bird poop and snow. I also saw Little Blue Penguins being fed fish. Another
time I saw penguins in the wild. Little Blue Penguins are the smallest penguins
on earth. I had a great time.
